Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Sound knowledge of beverages, mixology, and stock control systems.Computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office).
