We are looking for a skilled and experienced Blocksman to join our butchery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, preparing, and presenting quality meat products while maintaining high hygiene standards and excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb)
• Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and merchandising of meat products
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment in line with health regulations
• Assisting customers with product choices and special cutting requests
• Managing stock rotation and minimizing waste

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blocksman or Butcher
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• High levels of personal hygiene and integrity
