Industry: Bathroom Ware and Accessories Supply
Location: Harare

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end business operations of our bathroom ware and accessories company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within retail, wholesale, hardware, or building materials supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and sales support.
• Improve operational efficiency, workflows, and stock management through strong systems and controls.
• Oversee supplier relationships, ordering, and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to maintain excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support business growth strategies.
• Develop and enforce operational policies for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise staff performance, training, and accountability.
• Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Produce operational performance reports and recommend improvements to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations management.
• Experience in bathroom ware, hardware, construction materials, or related sector is a requisite.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proven success implementing systems for stock control and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and business management software ERP knowledge is a must.
